General conditions of the order of transfer
After ordering the transfer through the site www.transfer.ee, there will be sent an e-mail with the copy of the order. The operator will send the invoice based on the data (the number of passengers, a distance of transfer, luggage, etc.) given in the order to specified e-mail address within 24 hours from the original order. Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the deadline (specified beginning of the transfer).

The cost of the transfer may vary in case of change in destination (and / or departure), additional and previously unscheduled stops and / or change of the route. In case of increase of the amount customer pays extra for the transfer on-site or through an online ordering system site www.transfer.ee or throw bank transfer.
In case of decrease of the amount operator returns the difference in price on the spot or to the account (minus the sum of the bank operation cost). If payment was done by credit card transfer will be done to credit card.

Cancellation of the order of transfer
If case of cancellation of the order not later than 24 hours before the deadline (specified beginning of the transfer), the customer gets full refund (minus the sum of the bank operation cost).
If case of cancellation of the order less than 24 hours before the deadline (specified beginning of the transfer), the customer will be charged an amount to cover the costs associated with organizing and preparation costs of the transfer. The remaining amount will be credited to the customers account within 7 working days.If payment was done by credit card transfer will be done to credit card.

Payment for the transfer service
The price consists of the distance of transfer, number of passengers, extra services and the amount of luggage. More information about the prices for transfer service in section "Prices".

Payment for the transfer is based on an electronic bill customer will receive. Payments acceptable by credit card or by bank transfer, in the absence of such opportunities please contact the operator.
